

The philosophy behind our wine program is to promote wines from the best quality growers globally with an acute interest in smaller wine producers that remain dedicated to unique grapes from uncommon regions.
I look for a cost to quality ratio that fits our bistro theme. Our list consists of wines priced between thirty and seventy dollars with an upper tier of premium priced bottles followed by the cellar selections, a collection of exclusive, top rated wines.
Our wine list is formatted to read simply and provide selections that appeal to the broadest spectrum of tasting preferences. There are one hundred wines that alternate with the seasons, thirty of these are offered by the glass and half bottle. Routinely, we open virtually any bottle for an impromptu tasting with anyone present and curious.
The most valuable aspect of our wine program is our service team. We meet every Thursday to learn and discuss a selected winešs grower, region, grape(s) and food compatibility.
Over the years our hard work has been rewarded by the experience to share the sacrament of food and drink with our guests.
